March 27 2014: Facilitating Barnga, an Intercultural and Diversity Tool


Barnga is a fun, engaging, experiential activity that simulates intercultural, intergroup dynamics and is a useful training tool that can be used in various settings to explore intercultural and diversity issues. Attendees participated in the activity, then discussed the practical applications of it, and engaged in a facilitated dialogue on how to use and facilitate this activity and sharing additional resources and activities for diversity and intercultural awareness and training.
